How It Works:
Eligibility: The Price Matching Guarantee is applicable to non-handmade and non-personalized products available for purchase at Engravarie Store.
Comparison Criteria: The product being compared must be identical to the one purchased from Engravarie Store. This includes the brand, model, size, color, and any additional features.
Price Verification: To request a price match, you must provide proof of the lower price. This can be in the form of a link to a reputable competitor’s website or a valid advertisement.
Timeframe: The price match request must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Qualifying Competitors: We will match prices with registered Canadian or American retailers. This includes well-known online retailers and local stores registered in Canada or the United States, provided that the product is shipped from within Canada or the United States.
Price Adjustment: If your price match request is approved, we will refund you the difference in price between our product and the lower-priced offer. Alternatively, we may issue you a store credit for the difference.
Exclusions:
a. Clearance, closeout, and liquidation sales are not eligible for price matching.
b. Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
c. Prices advertised as part of a bundle deal (e.g., buy one, get one free) are not eligible for price matching.
d. Handmade and personalized products are excluded from the Price Matching Guarantee.
e. Auction and marketplace websites (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace) are excluded from the Price Matching Guarantee.
Our Discretion: Engravarie Store reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a price match request and to modify or terminate the Price Matching Guarantee program at any time.
