RETURN POLICY:

  • New, unworn, and undamaged non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Personalized jewelry pieces are crafted especially for you and, unfortunately, cannot be returned for a refund. However, we understand that customer satisfaction is important, so we are happy to offer you a 50% store credit if you choose to return or exchange a personalized item. This store credit can be used towards a future purchase with us.

  • Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team who will guide you through the process and provide you with further assistance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your order, we understand that circumstances may change. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. For personalized items, after 2 hours, they can be returned for exchange or store credit.

If your order has already been shipped, we kindly ask you to wait until you receive the order before initiating a return. Once you have received the items, please follow the return instructions provided by our customer care team to initiate the return process.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the timeframe specified by your card issuer. Please note that the exact processing time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies and procedures.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we kindly suggest checking your bank account again. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be officially posted.

If you have already checked with your credit card company and your bank but still haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you further.

Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for returning more expensive items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and it’s important to ensure its safe and timely delivery.
